Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Venture 15 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change our prices upon reasonable notice. Continued use of paid Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (other than Your Content), are the property of Venture 15 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURE 15 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture 15 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venture 15 is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
